Shipping Policy
Thank you for your order! We’re excited to get your items shipped out to you. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time
- All merchandise is made to order. After you place your order, it typically takes about 1 week for the product to be created and sent to me. Once I receive the product, I will package it and ship it out to you, which usually takes an additional 1 week. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase.
Shipping Methods
- I offer standard shipping for all orders. You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout, where applicable.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.
Domestic Shipping
- For orders within Australia, delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks after your order is shipped.
International Shipping
- I also ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination, but typically take 2-3 weeks after your order is shipped. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you!
Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to me at kirrileemusic@gmail.com as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue.
Returns
If you aren't satisfied with your order, please feel free to reach out to me at kirrileemusic@gmail.com and let me know of any issues. I put all of these orders together myself, and take any mistakes or issues very seriously.
